IMPORTANT MEETING

NJBA Board President Jay Mahoney, Lori White (Legal Affairs), and Lobbyist Bill Caruso, recently met with Seth Hahn and representative officers of Speaker Coughlin. Mr. Hahn is the Executive Director of the Assembly Majority Office. Together, they expressed strong desire to get legislation passed to remedy the current issues our industry is facing. With the aforementioned legislation gaining steam, they are hopeful to accomplish this goal "late Winter or early Spring."
