CALLING FOR NOMINATIONS
It is that time of year again the NJBA is looking for nominations for the NJBA Board. We are seeking nominations for four open 2-year board seats. Interested members can either self-nominate or be nominated by another member. Nominations and a brief candidate statement can be sent to board@njbeer.org by November 6th . Those statements will be posted on the NJBA website and in our newsletter for members to review. The vote takes place at our December membership meeting.

In order to qualify for nomination to the board you must be a member in good standing. You must also have been an NJBA member for more than a year. Nominations are open to Limited and Restricted Brewery members only.

We hope you will consider being part of the board. The NJBA has made great strides this year in lobbying for effective legislation that will help all New Jersey breweries. Your participation will help continue that effort. Any additional questions can be directed to board@njbeer.org

Representing in Trenton:

New Jersey brewery reps and supporters had the opportunity to present their case to legislators this week in Trenton to discuss the burdensome regulations limiting growth and consumer preferences. The New Jersey Brewers Association and the Brewers Guild of New Jersey presented strong testimony in support of removing the restrictive regulations placed on our industry. Thanks to everyone who came out to speak on our behalf. View full article here.
